Awesome place! Clean, neat and basically everything is in place. The host is super helpful and always there to help. Highly recommend if you are in Seattle and looking for a safe, clean and trusted place.

I stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic stay. It’s clean and stylish with lots of natural light. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I felt like I was at a hotel. Great, walkable neighborhood and a designated parking space just a few feet away. Felt like home!

My family and I stayed here during Comic Con. We were near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Just be warned a lot of the restaurants will only accommodate 4 or less people. Our group of 7 had a hard time finding sit down restaurants. Parking in the garage was a struggle because the homes are super close together but after a little patience, we were able to get in ok. Sherry was very accommodating. We had a great time in her home. Everything is clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the coffee every morning. More than enough blankets and towels to go around. We appreciate the hospitality.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. The first thing you’ll notice is the smell of fresh flowers in the front garden. Perfect size for a small or large group as the house has several living spaces but still feels cozy. Close to public transit. Lots of parking just outside. And Volunteer Park Cafe just down the street has an awesome latte! Sheri was very responsive, accommodating, and kind. The property really made us feel at home on our Seattle visit. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great find for my party of 8. Everybody got their own room, ample bathrooms, lots of kitchen supplies and private parking. Pizza across the street was great and an awesome coffee shop on the doorstep! Sherry was on top of everything and made it super easy for us!

We had a great stay. The house had all we needed. Especially a nice yard for our dog. The neighborhood was great to walk with a nice grocery store down the street. Good coffee nearby and downtown Ballard close by too.

Sherri was a great host. The house is in a great spot with options and with very close access to public transport to get to further destinations. I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Sherry's apartment in Capitol Hill. It's a great location for us -- very walkable to restaurants and the train, very close to downtown - and very close to family! Would definitely recommend this rental to others .

Our stay was Thurs-Sun morning. Just a short trip from Montana w/ my mom & handicapped wife along w/ my two nephews who flew down from Alaska. Now, as you see I selected 5 stars for this home for everything. Had I not done that I honestly believe this review would not be published. We believe the house is owned by a Corp, and just managed by Shelly. I also don’t believe reviews warning potential guests, (w/ the 1 exception), are actually published. Perhaps 100% positive looks too suspicious? These are FACTS cleverly omitted or disguised: The home is located next to a train-yes. It’s also LITERALLY next to a homeless tent city & no one is walking alone in this area at night! The house itself was dirty/dusty & the front yard was full of mud,trash,& even glass. (The camera back there watched me fill an entire trash bag the 1st night). Additionally we had NO hot water our ENTIRE stay but Shelly’s hustle ensured the Company still came out ahead! Ugh! I’m out of space-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My family stayed at Sherry's place over a weekend. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The best part is the host is very responsive. We had a small issue with the main door hinges and Sherry was very proactive in getting it fixed the same day. The checkout instructions aren't too elaborate either. I would stay again!
