The property had lots of space for all 9 of us. Street parking was easy to access and the park across the street was perfect for giving the grandkids a place to play. We would definitely stay again.

Place was perfect for my family stay. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Sherry was very responsive and took care of any questions we had. The detailed instructions were helpful so we know what to expect.

Great location and home. We had 10 adults and a baby, perfect space. Host was very responsive. Allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in which was really helpful to not have our belongings in our vehicle while out shopping.

Great location for a weekender for 5 girls. We used one extra twin fold out bed which was comfy, so everyone had their own bed. Walking distance to brunch and bars nearby. Some girls took the train from the airport and walked the short 10m to Airbnb. Advise your group to bring ear plugs because the bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floor you can sometimes hear airplanes passing overhead at night, must be along a flight path. Ground floor 2 beds in one room didn’t hear much noise. Safe feeling residential street + ease of access with self check in (we dropped off our bags early as well which was convenient) and walkable location are the highlights. Would recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect! We spent the weekend exploring Seattle and concert going! The home was immaculate, great decor, and spacious! Sherry, the host, was wonderful to communicate with as well! Stay here with zero regrets! Easiest 5 stars!

Sherry’s place was a great place that was near downtown and the major freeways. Home was clean, beautiful and the rooftop was great to enjoy. Sherry was very responsive and a great host.

I loved this charming little cottage in Capitol Hill. The host was great. The layout and design of the cottage is very thoughtful and fun. Right next to Volunteer Park and Volunteer Park Cafe. We walked, zoomed around on scooters and took Ubers to get around. Monsoon restaurant is a short walk and great dinner we enjoyed outside. I travel to Seattle often and look forward to coming back here!

Sherry was great to work with. Her place was spacious and worked well for my multi-generation family. It was really nice having 2 parking spots. The house also had nice accommodations including plenty of towels, k-cups, soap, tp, etc which was helpful not to have to worry about.

This place was smaller than we had hoped so we ended up having to book a hotel for some of our group of 8. However the place was a good stay and it was nice that they had one parking pass. Would book again for a smaller group

We had a production crew in town for the Seattle Art Fair and we stayed at this property. Everything was as described and worked perfectly for our group! The host was friendly and responsive!
