Our group of 5 came for a board retreat and enjoyed Rui’s space immensely. It was extremely comfortable, functional, spacious enough for us, and had plenty of thoughtful touches with the traveler in mind throughout. The neighborhood was great and there were plenty of great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Rui left great and thorough instructions and was a thoughtful and proactive communicator. Would recommend and would book again.

Loved staying at Rui's place! It was in a super convenient and safe location. A few highlights: - Having a garage was AWESOME -- it made it so easy to come and go as needed without searching for parking each time. - Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby and it was super close to the city center (less than 10 min walk). It was also great to be just 4 blocks from the QFC grocery store. - The view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible -- truly stunning both day and night. Also, the bath and closet were huge! - Rui was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which is such an important part of renting on Airbnb. I would absolutely stay at Rui's place again!

We stayed for 4 nights. Rui is very easy to communicate with. She responds very quickly to messaging. The place is immaculate. Clean, all amenities are top of the line, extremely comfortable. The unique floor plan was perfect for us. Lots of privacy when wanted.

The place is very cozy, and in a quiet residential area. The backyard was lovely when the weather was nice. Beds were very comfortable. The house only has two bathrooms, which caused a little congestion at times with a larger group staying here. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place. Absolutely loved my stay. Neighborhood is fantastic, lots of food options around. The place itself is incredible. Well maintained, all the amenities I needed, and the view from the rooftop deck is unreal.

We had the best time with plenty of room and the perfect accommodations for our big family Seattle stay. Just walkable blocks away is a lovely bakery, coffee, a cozy diner, cute bars, Trader Joe’s…and more! Safe neighborhood, cozy soft linens, and all that we needed! Wonderful host and would stay again!

The place was clean and exactly as described. What really stood out was the host — Rui replied to every message within about 5 minutes, and when we had an issue with the bed, it was resolved within 5 hours of us flagging it. Problems happen; what matters is how a host handles them, and Rui handled it well. Would recommend.

We had wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and set up with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was responsive, and made check-in super easy. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.
