Please Note No Cooking Condiments Provided We do not provide cooking condiments, but you’re welcome to purchase any items you need from nearby grocery stores. Stairs Required This is a four-story townhouse with three flights of stairs. Guests must be comfortable with stairs. Fresh Linens with Triple-Sheeting We use a hotel-style triple-sheeting method for all beds, meaning we do not typically use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This system ensures every guest receives fresh, hygienic linens with each stay. Same-Day Booking Check-In If you book within 24 hours of your arrival, we may not be able to guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in. Check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM if there is a same-day turnover. Please confirm your check-in time with us after booking. Guest Pricing The base price includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are charged $15 per person per night. This fee helps cover the cost of extra utilities, supplies, and wear and tear on the home. Airbnb will automatically calculate the total cost based on the number of guests you enter. Pet Policy Pets are welcome! A $150 per pet, per stay fee applies. Trash & Recycling Please be considerate of neighbors and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Recyclables should go directly into the blue bin—please do not use plastic bags for recyclables. Pest Control Notice Our home backs up to a green, lush area. During rainy seasons, occasional ants or insects may seek shelter indoors. We have regular pest control, but this is a natural occurrence and something to be aware of. No Shoes Indoors We ask that you kindly remove your shoes inside to help us maintain a clean home. No Smoking Absolutely no smoking inside or within 20 feet of the property. A violation fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Help us maintain a peaceful, respectful environment. Trash Disposal Please place trash and recycling in the correct bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor cans—our cleaners will take care of it. Lost & Found Be sure to double-check for personal items before you leave. We cannot guarantee items will be found. If found, we offer return shipping for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. Items are held for 2 weeks after check-out before being donated or discarded. No Mailbox Access Mailbox access is only available for long-term stays. For package deliveries, guests may use doorstep delivery at their own discretion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sherry’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged — you can tell Sherry and her team put great care into every detail. The communication was excellent throughout our trip; Sherry was always kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect — quiet yet convenient — and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sherry's place is great. Very modern and as advertised. The location is nice. Very quiet. There are not a lot of shops nearby, but a quick uber ride will get you where you need to go. Sherry was a great host and was extremely responsive to messages.

Great stay. Sherry was flexible, kind and very accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend too much time in the bnb (were discovering the city!) but when we did it felt very homey. Lots of spots to hangout (rooftop, kitchen, main space) etc. Access was easy and there were no issues. Would 100% recommend if you want a place to stay that is comfortable and affordable with a great host.
