Please Read Carefully Before Booking Detached Cottage on Property Our property includes a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU)—a charming, private cottage located in the backyard. It may be occupied by other guests during your stay. We take all necessary measures to ensure privacy, comfort, and minimal disturbance for everyone on the premises. Kitchen Supplies The kitchen is fully equipped, but please note we do not provide cooking condiments (e.g., oil, salt, spices). You're welcome to purchase items at nearby grocery stores. Triple Sheet Bedding Method We use a hotel-grade triple sheet system for all beds, which means fitted sheets and duvet covers are typically not used. This method ensures every layer you sleep on is freshly laundered between guests. Guest Pricing Policy The base rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are charged $25 per person, per night, which covers extra utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb will automatically calculate this based on your group size when booking. Pet Policy Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet. Please include pets in your reservation and adhere to pet-related house rules. Insects & Wildlife Due to our proximity to a greenbelt and neighboring gardens, you may encounter ants or insects—especially during rainy seasons. While we conduct routine pest control, this is a natural occurrence in the area. Same-Day Bookings If you book within 24 hours of check-in, we may not be able to guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in time due to cleaning schedules. It could be delayed until 6:30 PM. Please confirm with us after booking. House Rules Same-Day Bookings: Please contact us directly to confirm your check-in time. Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability on the day. No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove shoes upon entry to help maintain cleanliness. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors and within 20 feet of the home. Violations may result in fees. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Events, parties, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Trash Disposal: Sort waste and place it in the correct bins. If unsure, leave trash in the indoor cans for our cleaners. Lost & Found: We cannot guarantee recovery of lost items. If found, shipping is available for a $35 handling fee + shipping cost. Items are held for up to 2 weeks post check-out. Mail & Packages: No mailbox access unless arranged for long-term stays. Deliveries are at guests’ own discretion—we are not responsible for lost packages.
