Bedding: We use the hotel-standard triple-sheet method—a hygienic system ensuring all linens are freshly laundered between guests. This means we do not use fitted sheets or duvet covers. Pricing Structure: Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night to cover increased utility use, supplies, and wear on the home. Airbnb will automatically calculate the correct total based on the number of guests entered. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies. Local Environment: The property is adjacent to a greenbelt and neighboring yards. During the rainy season, occasional insects may appear indoors. We maintain routine pest control but appreciate your understanding of this natural occurrence. Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 24 hours of arrival, we may not be able to guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in. In the event of a same-day turnover, check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Gatherings, parties, or unregistered guests are not allowed. Help us preserve the condition and comfort of the home. Trash Disposal Please sort waste into the correct bins. If you're unsure, leave it in the indoor cans and our cleaning team will handle it. Lost & Found We are not responsible for items left behind. If recovered, we can ship items for a $35 handling fee plus shipping. Items are held for 2 weeks post check-out. Mail & Package Deliveries Mailbox access is not available for short-term stays. Guests may receive packages at their own risk—we cannot guarantee delivery or retrieval. Parking Information The home includes 2 reserved off-street parking spots.
