Bedding: We use the hotel-standard triple-sheet method—a hygienic system ensuring all linens are freshly laundered between guests. This means we do not use fitted sheets or duvet covers. Pricing Structure: Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25/night to cover increased utility use, supplies, and wear on the home. Airbnb will automatically calculate the correct total based on the number of guests entered. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies. Local Environment: The property is adjacent to a greenbelt and neighboring yards. During the rainy season, occasional insects may appear indoors. We maintain routine pest control but appreciate your understanding of this natural occurrence.
