PLEASE NOTE: > We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store. > We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!) > The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. Airbnb should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests". > Pets are allowed! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay. > We are also located close to a greenbelt/neighbors' backyard. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control. > If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time. - HOUSE RULES - * SAME DAY BOOKING * We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it. * LOST & FOUND * Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :) * NO MAILBOX ACCESS * We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages! * MORE STREET PARKING * Free 24hrs street parking near the property: All free along East Prospect street, and also free on 13th and 14th East intercepting with E. Prospect. It is along Volunteer Park, about 2 blocks away.
