Pricing covers 4 guests; each additional guest is $15/night to cover extra utilities and supplies. Airbnb calculates pricing automatically based on guest count. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis; $150 per pet per stay applies. Please note: The property borders a greenbelt; ants and insects may appear during rainy seasons despite routine pest control. If booking within 24 hours of check-in, a 4 PM check-in may not be guaranteed due to cleaning schedules; check with us after booking to confirm. House Rules Same-Day Booking: Please confirm check-in time with us for same-day reservations. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM. Early check-in not guaranteed but may be available. No Shoes Inside: Kindly remove shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness. No Smoking: Smoking inside or within 20 ft of the property is prohibited; violations incur fees. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for neighbors. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed; please respect the home and keep it clean. Trash Disposal: Sort trash into appropriate bins or leave inside cans for our cleaners. Lost & Found: We cannot guarantee recovery of lost items. If found, items can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping. Items held up to 2 weeks post-checkout. No Mailbox Access: Mailbox access is only for long-term stays. Packages left at the door are at guest risk; we are not responsible for lost or inaccessible deliveries.
