House Rules No Unauthorized Guests or Parties Parties and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. We have close neighbors who will alert us to any disturbances. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 20 feet of the property perimeter. A violation fee applies. No Pets Allowed Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No Shoes Indoors Kindly remove shoes upon entry to help maintain cleanliness. Cleanliness and Respect Please keep the space tidy and treat our home with respect. Trash Disposal Sort trash and use the appropriate bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor bins and our cleaners will handle it. Additional Information Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) Our property includes a separate cottage in the backyard, available for short-term rental. You may encounter other guests during your stay. We take measures to ensure everyone's privacy and comfort. Cooking Condiments We do not supply cooking condiments. Nearby grocery stores are available for your needs. Triple Sheet Bedding We use the triple sheet method on all beds for hygiene and comfort. This means fitted sheets and duvet covers are not typically used. Air Conditioning Seattle has a temperate climate. Portable AC units are available upon request during warmer days. Pricing & Extra Guest Fee Base rate includes 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $15/night fee. This covers increased utility use, supplies, and general wear. Insects and Weather Conditions As our home is surrounded by greenery, occasional insects or ants may appear, especially during rainy seasons. We maintain routine pest control. Same-Day Bookings Same-day check-ins are welcome, but check-in time may be delayed until 6:30 PM based on our cleaning team’s availability. Please confirm with us before arrival. Check-In/Check-Out Times Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in may be available depending on turnover schedules. Lost & Found Policy Items left behind may be returned for a $35 handling fee + shipping. We do not guarantee recovery of lost items. Items are held for up to 2 weeks after checkout. Mailbox and Deliveries Mailbox access is not provided for short-term stays. Guests may receive packages at their own discretion. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
