Important Information to Note: No Cooking Condiments Provided: We do not supply cooking condiments. However, there are several nearby grocery stores where you can purchase everything you need. Triple-Sheet Bedding for Hygiene: All beds follow the hotel-standard triple-sheet method, which means we use flat sheets rather than fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures every piece of linen is freshly laundered for each guest. Air Conditioning Available on Request: Seattle's climate is generally temperate, even in summer. Portable air conditioning units are not set up by default but can be provided upon request during warmer days. Additional Guest Fees: Our nightly base rate includes up to 4 guests. For each additional guest, there is a $15 per person, per night fee. This helps cover additional utilities, supplies, and property wear. Airbnb automatically calculates this based on your entered guest count. Pet Fee: We welcome pets with a $150 fee per stay, per pet. Insects During Rainy Seasons: Being near a greenbelt and garden areas, you may notice occasional insects (e.g., ants) seeking shelter during rainy periods. Routine pest control is conducted, but please be aware this can occur. Check-In for Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made within 24 hours of arrival, we may not be able to guarantee the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. In cases of same-day turnover, check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM. Please confirm with us after booking. House Rules: Same-Day Bookings: We gladly accommodate same-day bookings. However, please check with us in advance to confirm your check-in time. No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes upon entry to help us keep the home clean and well-maintained. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional violation fee. Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the home peaceful and clean. Trash Disposal: Please sort your trash and use the appropriate bins. If you’re unsure, feel free to leave trash in the designated indoor cans—our cleaners will handle the rest. Lost & Found: Ensure you take all personal items when checking out. If an item is left behind: We cannot guarantee it will be found. If recovered, it can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus postage. Items will be held for 14 days post-checkout before donation or disposal. No Mailbox Access: We do not offer mailbox access unless your stay is long-term. Guests may receive packages at their discretion, but we are not liable for lost or missing deliveries.
