You are welcome to purchase any items you need from nearby grocery stores. Triple Sheet Bedding Method We use the hotel-style triple sheet system for all beds. This means we do not typically use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This method ensures that all linens are freshly laundered for each stay. (You might be surprised to know many hotels and hostels do not regularly change duvet covers.) Natural Setting Our home is surrounded by lush greenery. During rainy seasons, ants and small insects may occasionally seek shelter indoors. We maintain regular pest control service, but this is a natural and minor occurrence to be aware of. Portable AC Available Upon Request Seattle has a temperate climate, and portable AC units are not set up by default. If the weather is unusually warm and you’d like AC, please let us know—we’re happy to set it up for you upon request. Same-Day Bookings If you book within 24 hours of check-in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in time. If there is a same-day turnover, check-in may be delayed until as late as 6:30 PM. Please reach out to confirm your check-in time after booking. Additional Guest Fee The base nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a fee of $25 per night. This helps cover utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb will automatically calculate the total rate based on the number of guests selected. PET POLICY We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Fee: $150/pet per stay. House Rules Same-Day Bookings We’re happy to accommodate same-day reservations. Please contact us before booking to confirm check-in availability for same-day arrivals. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-ins are not guaranteed, especially if another guest is checking out on the same day. We can confirm availability on the day of arrival. No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the home or within 20 feet of the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Quiet Hours Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and community. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted. Please help us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Trash Disposal Please sort and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. If you're unsure where something goes, you can leave it in the indoor cans and our cleaners will handle it. Lost and Found Before checking out, please double-check for personal belongings. We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items. If found, items can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. Items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out. No Mailbox Access Mailbox access is not available for short-term stays. Package deliveries to the door are allowed at your discretion, but we cannot be responsible for lost or inaccessible deliveries.
