Please Note: Cooking condiments are not provided, but nearby grocery stores offer everything you might need. We use the triple sheet method for all beds, meaning fitted sheets and duvet covers are generally not used. This ensures all linens are freshly laundered for every guest. (Some hotels do not change duvet covers regularly—our system prevents that.) Seattle’s climate is temperate—even in summer—so portable AC is not set up by default. However, we will provide and set up portable AC upon request for warmer days. For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in, a 4 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed due to cleaning schedules. Check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM. Please confirm your check-in time after booking. Base pricing covers 4 guests. Additional guests are charged $15 per person, per night to cover extra utilities, supplies, and wear and tear. Airbnb will calculate this automatically. The home sits on a lush backyard with abundant greenery. During rainy seasons, you may notice ants or insects seeking shelter. We conduct routine pest control but cannot fully eliminate this natural occurrence. Pets are allowed. A fee of $150 per pet per stay applies. House Rules: Same-Day Booking: Please contact us to confirm available check-in times for same-day bookings. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM; check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove shoes upon entering to help keep the home clean. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside and within 20 feet of the property. Violations will incur fees. Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Please keep the home tidy and respectful. Trash Disposal: Please sort trash into appropriate bins.
