You’re welcome to purchase any essentials from nearby grocery stores. Grill Use: Guests are welcome to use the grill, but please bring your own propane gas tank. Additional Guest Fee: Nightly pricing includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per person, per night. This fee helps cover extra utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb automatically calculates pricing based on your guest count at booking. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies per pet, per stay. Same-Day Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4 PM check-in due to cleaning schedules. It may be delayed up to 6:30 PM. Contact us after booking to confirm. Seasonal Pest Notice: Being near a greenbelt, some ants or insects may appear during rainy seasons as they seek shelter. Routine pest control is in place, but we appreciate your understanding that this can occasionally occur. House Rules Same-Day Bookings Check with us to confirm your check-in time if you're booking for the same day. Check-In/Out Check-in: After 4 PM Check-out: By 11 AM We cannot guarantee early check-in or late checkout but are happy to confirm availability on the day of your arrival/departure. No Shoes Indoors Please remove shoes upon entering. Help us keep the home clean and cozy. No Smoking No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the property. A violation fee will be applied if smoke is detected. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties, events, or extra guests not listed on your reservation are not allowed. Parking Permit If provided, please return the parking permit and garage clicker to the designated kitchen drawer. Lost permits/clickers will incur a $150 replacement fee. Trash Disposal Please sort trash and recycling into the correct bins. If unsure, leave it inside and our cleaners will handle it. Lost & Found We cannot guarantee lost items will be recovered. If found, items can be shipped back for a $35 handling fee + shipping costs. Items are held for 2 weeks before donation or disposal. No Mailbox Access Mailbox access is unavailable for short-term stays. While package deliveries are permitted, we are not liable for lost or missing parcels.
