Please Note: We do not provide cooking condiments. Guests are welcome to purchase anything needed from nearby grocery stores. All beds are prepared using a triple sheet method, meaning fitted sheets and duvet covers are not typically used. This ensures all linens, including the top layer, are freshly laundered between stays. The nightly base rate covers up to 4 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $25 per person, per night fee, which helps cover increased utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb should automatically calculate this based on the guest count you enter when booking. Our home is near a greenbelt and neighboring yards. During rainy seasons, some ants or insects may find their way inside seeking shelter. While we have routine pest control services, this may occasionally occur. We are a pet-friendly home. There is a $150 pet fee per stay, per pet. For reservations made within 24 hours of check-in, please note we may not always be able to guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in if there's a same-day guest turnover. In such cases, check-in may be delayed until as late as 6:30 PM. We will confirm your check-in time after booking. House Rules Same-Day Bookings We’re happy to accommodate same-day bookings when possible. Please check with us in advance to confirm availability and check-in time. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM We do not guarantee early check-ins, especially if another guest checks out on the same day. We can confirm availability on the day of your arrival. No Shoes Indoors Kindly remove your shoes when entering the home. Thank you for helping keep the space clean. No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home or within 20 feet of the perimeter. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down during these hours. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please keep the home clean and treat it with care. Trash Disposal Please separate trash and recyclables and place them in the appropriate bins. If you're unsure, you may leave trash inside the designated cans, and our cleaners will handle it. Lost & Found Policy We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items. If found, items can be shipped back for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. Items will be held for up to 2 weeks after check-out before being donated or discarded. Mail & Package Delivery We do not provide mailbox access unless you are staying long-term. Package deliveries to the doorstep are at your discretion, and we cannot be responsible for missing or inaccessible packages.
