Triple Sheet Bedding System All our beds use a hotel-grade triple sheet system (no fitted sheets or duvet covers) to ensure every guest has fresh, clean linens for a hygienic experience. Guest Pricing Policy The base nightly rate includes 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per person per night to cover the cost of extra utilities, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb will automatically calculate pricing based on your guest count. Pet Policy Pets are welcome! A $150 fee per pet per stay applies. Same-Day Booking Check-In Notice For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in, we cannot always guarantee a 4:00 PM check-in, especially on days with guest turnover. Check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM. Please confirm with us after booking. Pest Control Disclaimer Our home is surrounded by lush greenery, which may occasionally attract ants or insects, especially during rainy seasons. We maintain regular pest control, but some minor sightings may occur. House Rules Same-Day Booking We’re happy to accommodate same-day bookings. However, please message us in advance to confirm available check-in time. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Early check-in is not guaranteed but may be possible depending on our schedule. Please reach out the morning of your arrival to check availability. No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes when entering the home. This helps us keep the space clean and well-maintained for all guests. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home or within 20 feet of the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onward. Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially when using the backyard. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Trash Disposal Please separate trash and recycling into the appropriate bins. If you're unsure where to dispose of something, feel free to leave it in the indoor trash cans for our cleaning team. Lost & Found We do not guarantee recovery of lost items, as they may not be found by housekeeping. If found, items can be returned for a $35 handling fee plus shipping. Items will be held for up to two weeks post check-out. No Mailbox Access Mailbox use is not provided unless you are a long-term guest. Package deliveries are at your own risk, and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages left at the door.
