Please Note Pet on Property: The front house has a friendly dog named Pablo who occasionally visits the backyard. If you're uncomfortable around dogs, please be aware of this before booking. Kitchen Essentials: We do not provide cooking condiments, but you're welcome to purchase what you need from the nearby Safeway or Ballard Market just across the street. Grill Use: Guests are welcome to use the grill, but you’ll need to supply your own propane tank. Bedding: We use the hotel-standard triple-sheet method (no fitted sheets or duvet covers) to ensure every layer of your bedding is freshly laundered for each stay. Air Conditioning: Seattle stays relatively mild in the summer. Portable AC units are not set up by default but are available upon request on warmer days. Guest Count & Pricing: The base rate covers two guests. Additional guests are $15 per person, per night to cover added utilities, supplies, and general wear. Airbnb should automatically calculate the adjusted pricing based on your guest count. Pet Fee: Pets are welcome. We charge a $150 fee per pet, per stay. Insects & Nature: The property sits on a lush backyard. During rainy months, insects like ants may appear. We maintain regular pest control, but some seasonal presence is natural. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in, we may not be able to guarantee a 4:00 pm check-in time, especially if there’s a same-day turnover. Please message us after booking to confirm. House Rules Same-Day Bookings: Please message us in advance to confirm check-in time, as availability may vary depending on cleaning schedules. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm; check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in may be possible but cannot be guaranteed in advance. No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes inside the cottage to help us keep the space clean. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage or within 20 feet of the property. Violation will result in a cleaning fee. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect our neighbors. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment. Trash Disposal: Please sort and place trash in the appropriate bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor cans and our team will handle it. Lost & Found: Double-check for personal belongings before departure. If you leave something behind: We cannot guarantee items will be found. If located, shipping is available for a $35 handling fee plus postage. Items are held for up to 2 weeks post-checkout. Mailbox Access: We do not provide mailbox access for short stays. Package deliveries are at your own discretion, and we are not liable for lost or missing items.
