PLEASE NOTE This cozy cottage is located at the rear of a large, fully fenced backyard. Guests access the cottage through the back of the main house via a wooden gate. The cottage has a completely private entrance and is not shared with the main house. We do not provide cooking condiments. Guests are welcome to purchase anything they need at nearby grocery stores. We use the triple sheet method for all our beds, meaning we do not typically use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures every guest enjoys fresh, clean linens—unlike many hotels that may not wash duvets between stays. The base nightly rate includes 2 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per person per night. This helps cover added utility use, supply needs, and general wear and tear. Airbnb should automatically calculate this for you based on the number of guests entered. Pets are welcome! We charge a flat rate of $150 per pet per stay. Please be aware we are located near a greenbelt and neighboring yards. During rainy seasons, ants or insects may occasionally seek shelter indoors. While we have regular pest control services, this may still occur occasionally and is considered a minor natural event. Same-Day Bookings: If you book within 24 hours of check-in, please note that a 4:00 PM check-in may not be guaranteed, especially with same-day turnovers. In some cases, check-in may be delayed up to 6:30 PM. Please contact us after booking to confirm your check-in time. Lost & Found Please double-check your belongings before departure. We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items. If an item is found, we are happy to ship it for a $35 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. Items will be held for up to 2 weeks after checkout. Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated.
