Triple Sheet Method We use a hotel-style triple-sheeting method for all beds. This means fitted sheets and duvet covers are not typically used—ensuring all linens are fresh and clean for every guest. Pricing Details The nightly base rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night to cover utilities, supplies, and property wear. Airbnb will automatically calculate the total based on your guest count. Pet Fee We welcome pets for an additional $150 per stay. Insects During Rainy Season Located near a greenbelt, occasional ants or insects may appear during wet weather. Routine pest control is in place, but we appreciate your understanding of natural elements. Same-Day Booking Notice For bookings made within 24 hours of check-in, we may need to delay your check-in time until 6:30 PM due to cleaning schedules. Please check with us after booking to confirm. House Rules: Same-Day Check-Ins Please contact us to confirm availability and check-in time for same-day bookings. No Shoes Indoors Kindly remove your shoes inside the home to help maintain cleanliness. No Smoking Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a cleaning fee. Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM to respect our neighbors. No Parties or Events We do not allow parties or events. Please treat the space with care. Trash Disposal Separate trash into the appropriate bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor cans—our cleaners will handle it. Lost & Found Policy Check carefully for belongings before you leave. If items are found, we can ship them back for a $35 handling fee + shipping. Items are held for up to 2 weeks before being discarded or donated. No Mailbox Access Mailbox use is only available for long-term stays. Guests may receive door deliveries at their own risk—we are not responsible for lost packages.
