Check-In/Out Times: Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM Early check-in may be possible depending on the schedule—feel free to ask on the day of arrival. Bedding: We use a triple-sheet method (no fitted sheets or duvet covers) to ensure all linens are freshly laundered between guests. Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee, and tea. We do not provide condiments, but you’re welcome to grab essentials at nearby grocery stores. Nature Note: Our home sits on a lush property with fruit trees. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional insects (especially during the rainy season) may find their way inside. Guest Count & Pricing: Our base price includes 2 guests. Additional guests are $15 per person per night to cover extra utilities and supplies. Airbnb will automatically calculate this based on your guest count. Mail & Deliveries: We don’t provide mailbox access for short stays. Packages delivered to the door are at your discretion—we cannot be responsible for lost or missing items. Lost & Found: If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist! Items may be returned for a $35 handling fee plus shipping. Unclaimed items will be held for 2 weeks before being donated or discarded.
