Guests are welcome to purchase any ingredients or spices needed from nearby grocery stores. Triple-Sheeting Method: We use the hotel-standard triple sheeting method for all beds. This means we do not use fitted sheets or duvet covers. Instead, we layer flat sheets to ensure all linens are freshly cleaned between guests—offering a higher standard of cleanliness. Guest Pricing: The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests incur a fee of $25 per person per night to cover increased utility use, supplies, and general wear and tear. Airbnb will automatically calculate the correct pricing based on the number of guests entered. PET POLICY We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Fee: $150/pet per stay. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made within 24 hours of check-in, please note that check-in time may be delayed until as late as 6:30 PM depending on our cleaning team’s schedule. Contact us after booking to confirm availability. Pest Advisory: Our property is surrounded by lush greenery. During the rainy season, occasional ants or insects may seek shelter indoors. While we maintain regular pest control services, we appreciate your understanding that some factors are outside of our control. Neighborhood Courtesy: This home is part of a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the backyard, as neighbors may be sensitive to large gatherings or loud activity. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm the available check-in window. Lost & Found Please double-check for personal items before you leave. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered. If found, items can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. Lost items will be held for up to 2 weeks after checkout and then may be discarded or donated. No Mailbox Access We do not provide mailbox access unless arranged in advance for long-term stays. While package deliveries to the door are permitted, we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages.
